How do I know which service is best for me?
One of the best ways to know if coaching or therapy is best for you is to identify your goals. If working on your mindset or achieving specific goals seems like something you’re looking for, perhaps working with a coach would be the most suitable. While working on goals is also achievable with a therapist, a therapist is better suited to provide longer-term care and in-depth guidance for mental health reasons. How do I know which of my concerns fall under Mental or Relationship Wellbeing?

How long is each session?
The duration of each session varies depending on the type of service. The discovery coaching typically is about 30 minutes, while subsequent coaching sessions will be 1 hour. As for therapy sessions, the first session will be 1 hour and 30 minutes, while subsequent sessions will be 1 hour.
It’s important to note that session duration may vary depending on the needs of the client and the discretion of the coach or therapist.
Will my practitioner treat what I say as confidential?
Absolutely. We practice the Ethical Code of Confidentiality in both coaching and therapy. Your safety and privacy is our top priority as we want to ensure that you feel at your most comfortable while engaging with us.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you can contact us through our WhatsApp line at 011-16229292. Please provide your name and the date and time of your scheduled session so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new session time that works for you.
What are the service charges like?
